Happy Mutts needs your help.

Foster cats or dogs

Happy Mutts needs foster homes for adult cats and kittens, including mothers with kittens, and adult dogs and puppies. Happy Mutts provides supplies, such as food, litter, and bedding. Foster parents are required to take animals to their veterinary appointments, which are paid by Happy Mutts, and to drop off and pick up pets from adoption events. If you are an experienced bottle feeder, contact us to be put on our list for those occasions when we take in very young kittens or puppies.

Other Ways to Help

Happy Mutts also needs help at adoption events, setting up the cages, breaking them down at the end, making sure the dogs have water, and walking the dogs.

We also need help with the cats at Petco in Victorville and Hesperia. Their cages need to be cleaned every day, and they need to be given attention and affection.

Students, ages 15 and above are welcome to volunteer to help Happy Mutts and can receive school credits for volunteering. Parental consent is required.
